STEWARDSHIP OF CREATION

By teaching more about climate change to the youth, we are teaching them that the Earth is sacred and has its own intrinsic value. When we learn more about climate change, it will become a topic that everyone will be better informed about and have a greater ability to understand how serious it is. It shows students that they have a responsibility to protect and cherish the ecological diversity, beauty, and vital properties of the Earth and the importance of caring for it for future generations and the poor. When we teach them about climate change well, they follow the social teaching of creation stewardship in their day-to-day lives, for the rest of their lives, which has a significant impact on Earth. By giving students this knowledge, we make it easier for them to deal with this very difficult problem.
